About Dana

Dana Toppel is a San Diego-based leader, licensed clinical social worker, parent, and coach who brings courage and compassion into every space she leads. Grounded in deep clinical experience and real-life parenting, she understands that meaningful change happens when people feel seen, supported, and accountable. Through Reclaiming Steady, she facilitates accountability groups that empower individuals and organizations to show up with clarity, integrity, and heart. Her work sits at the intersection of leadership, humanity, and resilience.


A native of Madison, Wisconsin, Toppel holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin and both a master’s degree in social work and a master’s degree in business administration from San Diego State University. She is a licensed clinical social worker in the state of California.
